John’s career has been dedicated to new business ventures based on technical innovation. With over 20 years’ experience in Silicon Valley start- ups he has driven the formation and growth of dozens of new companies across Europe, Asia and Africa, and has served in a wide range of roles in sales including management and consultancy. John gained his BA at Portsmouth University and MBA from Queensland University of Technology. John continues his advisory work with select venture capital firms and start-up companies around the globe.

Carol Florence Graham

Carol is an experienced facilitator and has worked nationally for many years delivering professional development workshops. She has a BA (Hons) from the University of Kent and also a Postgraduate Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching, and provides coaching in a wide range of settings.
